How to identify an aerial lift part by model and serial number

A practical workflow for matching a replacement part before you place an order.

Model names can include multiple configurations. Please include the machine serial number or a clear nameplate photo with your inquiry.

Start with the machine, not only the loose part

Photograph the complete data plate and record the manufacturer, model and full serial number. The same model can use different components across production ranges, markets and option packages.

Capture every number on the component

Part numbers may be printed on a label, engraved in a housing or shown on a connector tag. Send a clear front photo, a rear photo, the connector layout and any readable number. Do not rely on appearance alone.

Add operating voltage and connector details

For controllers, joysticks, chargers and solenoids, include the operating voltage and a clear image of plugs and pins. Connector keying and pin count can separate parts that otherwise look identical.

The minimum information for a useful quote

Send the part number if known, machine model, serial number, quantity, destination country and the photos above. This gives a parts specialist enough context to check compatibility and prepare a realistic delivery quote.

Send the details for verification

Use the inquiry form below or WhatsApp. Include the part number, model, serial number, quantity and destination country. Clear photos help the parts team narrow the match.
